Summary
A 71-years-old man, who had undergone resection for sacral chordoma 15 years earlier than, was admitted to our hospital to deal with a nodule in the fitting center lobe detected by computed tomography. The nodule was resected and was histologically recognized as lung-metastasis of chordoma.
