Summary
Main spinal primitive neuroectodermal tumor (psPNET) is a uncommon entity with few instances reported in literature. We report a case of a 50-year-old feminine who offered to us with paraplegia and was recognized with extradural dorsal backbone psPNET. The prognosis was not suspected at presentation or on radiology however was established on histopathological examination. It is very important distinguish it from central nervous system primitive neuroectodermal tumors and from different spinal tumors because it follows a distinct scientific course and therapeutic consequence.
