Zoom is fast growing remote videoconferencing platform and works on multiple devices including computers, Macs, mobile phones and tablets.
By using Zoom, our consultant can also use the “share-screen” function to discuss your scans in detail to help you understand your condition better and the treatment options available.
To use zoom, you will need to use a PC, Mac, tablet or phone with a video camera. As our consultant may be discussing your scan images, we suggest you use a device with a bigger screen for viewing comfort.
You can join the Zoom meeting either through a web browser or by downloading the Zoom app for your device.
If you have not used Zoom before, we recommend you visit the site about 5-10 minutes before your appointed time to set up your hardware and familiarise yourself with the platform.
You can find more information on Zoom on the Zoom website here. https://support.zoom.us/hc/en-us/articles/201362193-Joining-a-Meeting
