Main low-grade myofibroblastic sarcoma of the bone appears to be extraordinary uncommon. A search of the literature revealed solely 11 prior circumstances. The most typical location is distal femur, adopted by the iliac wing. Within the current research, we report an uncommon case of a low-grade myofibroblastic sarcoma situated within the thoracic backbone of a 55-year-old male and we talk about its radiological, gentle microscopical and immunohistochemical options.
