Summary
Remoted omental panniculitis is a uncommon entity largely seen in adults. It presents with the irritation of the fatty tissue of the omentum. The signs could range from native (e.g. stomach tenderness or palpable mass) to systemic manifestations together with stomach ache, again ache, fever, weight reduction and bowel disturbances. We introduced this case as a primary consciousness of omental panniculitis in a baby which should be stored in thoughts on the differential analysis of ileus in order that pointless surgical procedures is likely to be prevented.
