We report a patient with intraspinal rhabdoid meningioma that recurred and metastasized to the liver despite surgery and radiation therapy. Rhabdoid meningiomas have characteristic histological features. The positive immunostaining of tumour cells for vimentin and epithelial membrane antigen may aid in the diagnosis of this rare tumour
