The article describes the use of percutaneous laser disc decompression (PLDD) as a treatment for erectile dysfunction caused by herniated disc disease. The objective of the study was to address the lack of awareness of disc herniation as a potential cause of erectile dysfunction. The study consisted of two patients who received PLDD treatment as outpatients. The results showed early return of erectile function in both cases, as well as immediate pain relief in the second case. Follow-up visits confirmed continued normal sexual function and absence of pain. The conclusions highlight the efficacy of PLDD in treating herniation of intervertebral discs, which has been found to cause erectile dysfunction
