Summary
We herein describe a 37-year-old man who developed cervical flexion myelopathy 11 years after struggling a cervical spinal wire damage. Cervical magnetic resonance imaging 11 years after the accident demonstrated atrophy and hyperintense lesions on the C6 and C7 ranges within the cervical wire with an irregular alignment of the vertebrae. Within the neck flexion place, an anterior shift of the cervical wire was evident. Our affected person’s situation means that an irregular alignment of the cervical backbone and spinal wire damage because of a traumatic accident might be threat elements within the subsequent improvement of cervical flexion myelopathy.
