Summary
A 21-year-old male navy academy cadet developed acute posterior neck ache after performing a number of units of overhead shoulder presses and resting the bar on his decrease neck and shoulders. He offered to a direct-access bodily remedy clinic. As a result of acute onset and focal nature of ache within the setting of repetitive weightlifting, the bodily therapist ordered radiographs of the cervical backbone, which revealed a C6 spinous course of fracture.
