We report the case of a 35-year-old man who developed a large pulmonary embolism (PE) after backbone surgical procedure. After an unintentional axial fall, the affected person developed a spinal epidural hematoma (SHE). As a result of main trauma, current surgical procedure and recognized bleeding threat are thought of absolute contraindications to systemic thrombolysis, the affected person was handled with catheter-directed remedy (CDT). CDT stays a helpful therapy in huge PE, particularly when systemic thrombolysis is contraindicated or has failed.
