Jordane is an experienced UK qualified physiotherapist, graduating from The Oxford Brookes University, and with a Masters degree from The London Metropolitan University.

JordaneJordane has developed experience in the assessment, diagnosis and treatment of musculoskeletal injury, sporting injuries and rehabilitation in high profile clinics in both the UK and Malta. She has developed an approach to back and neck pain, which quickly reduces pain and strengthens the core by incorporating a manual therapy, Pilates and functional strengthening approach to ensure pain does not return.

Jordane has worked closely with leading orthopaedic surgeons in providing the best possible post-surgery rehabilitation. Jordane has also developed pre-sporting injury screening and sports injury prevention programs. So regardless of your injury type Jordane can help you resolve your pain, improve well-being, and help you to continue doing the things you love.

Jordane strongly believes in an individual and specific approach to assessment, treatment and goal setting. She uses a thorough assessment approach, uses a variety of manual treatment techniques and combines this with rehabilitation and exercise prescription.

Jordane loves to train and keep fit in her own time with strength training, high intensity cardiovascular training, pilates and yoga. She fully understands the need to address injury quickly, in order to maintain a healthy active life style.
