Central Health – Chelsea

CH C CH C2

Central Health Physiotherapy’s Chelsea clinic is in the beautiful surroundings of The Royal Hospital Chelsea.   Both specialist spinal physiotherapy and hydrotherapy rehabilitation is offered here.

Hydrotherapy facilitates exercise techniques offering both resistance and support (ideal in spinal rehabilitation) that may be difficult to achieve on dry land.  The warm temperature (between 34-36°C) also promotes muscle relaxation, facilitates mobility and reduces pain.

Our staff also have expertise in Pilates, ideal for strengthening your core as a basis to improving your overall back strength and control, whether pre- or post-operatively, or if you need spinal treatment that does not require surgery.
