Amazing experience from start to finish

05/02/2024

From the initial phone call until the follow up service everybody was so nice friendly kind and reassuring. At a time when pain takes over your thoughts the team are there to make the experience as trouble free as possible. Mr Akmal gave a clear view of what he thought needed to be done and it was then carried out and I left the hospital the same day in a lot less pain than I entered the operating room in stayed in a hotel for a night and back to Cumbria the next day. Minimal invasive L5-S1 fusion. If you are considering surgery do not hesitate to have an assessment at this place. 5 star care and attention from picking up the phone. It felt like you were talking to a friend when speaking to Mr Akmal he put my mind at ease immediately and I knew I was in the right place doing the right thing. Many thanks for your care and attention. I would recommend to everybody struggling with any back issues.
